RULES FOR THE KMPH FOX 26
The Disney On Ice Halloween Costume Showcase Giveaway
Embark on the ultimate sightseeing vacation with all your favorite Disney characters. Grab your passport and experience four adventures in one spectacular ice show as Disney on Ice presents Passport to Adventure! For your chance to win VIP tickets and awesome Disney on Ice merchandise, show us your best Disney Halloween Costume. Take a picture, log on to kmph.com, click on the Disney On Ice page, register and upload your best Disney Halloween costume. Or mail it in or drop it off at our KMPH Studios located at 5111 E McKinley Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. If you mail it in, please write Disney On Ice Halloween Costume Showcase Giveaway and include your name, address and phone number. One Grand Prize Winner will receive a Prize Package that includes four (4) VIP tickets to Disney on Ice presents Passport to Adventure! and a Goodie Bag filled with promotional items and nine (9) runner up winners will each receive tickets to see the show!
The KMPH “The Disney On Ice Halloween Costume Showcase Giveaway” will begin on Monday, October 7, 2013 and end on Sunday, October 27, 2013. Total days contest will be conducted: 21. One Grand Prize winner and nine (9) runner up winners will be randomly selected from all entries received on Monday, October 28, 2013.
Grand Prize Winners:
One (1) lucky Grand Prize winner will receive a Disney on ice presents Passport to Adventure! Prize Package that includes four (4) VIP tickets to see the show and one (1) Disney merchandise pack filled with promotional items. Total value of tickets merchandise pack: $178.00.
Nine (9) Runner up winners will each receive four (4) tickets to see Disney on ice presents Passport to Adventure! at Selland Arena at Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center. Total value of vouchers: $100.00
KMPH/KFRE and its sponsors accept no responsibility for any and all mishaps or accidents that may occur through the use of the Prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason which KMPH/KFRE, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, KMPH/KFRE reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this promotion, in whole or in part, fair and appropriate by KMPH/KFRE.

To play, visit www.kmph.com , click on the “The Disney On Ice Halloween Costume Showcase Giveaway” icon and fill out the form completely. Upload your favorite Disney Halloween costume picture. Those unable to enter ONLINE, may do so OFFLINE by simply printing their name, address and phone number on your costume photo and mail it or drop it off in person to “The Disney On Ice Halloween Costume Showcase Giveaway”, KMPH Studios, located at 5111 E. McKinley Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. Entries received by mail or delivered in person will be added to the KMPH.com entries.
One Grand Prize winner and nine (9) runners up winners will be randomly selected from all entries received on Monday, October 28,, 2013. The winners will be notified by phone. The odds of winning the Prize depends on how many entries are received by the deadline.
To be eligible to play, all qualifiers must meet the following requirements:
Players must give their name, address, phone number and birth date.
Players must be at least 18 years of age. Parent or legal guardian must submit the entry and accept all responsibility.
Players must be able to show a valid California ID or Driver’s License to claim prize.
Players must be United States citizens or legal residents.
Winners must fill out completely a Waiver and Release Form and W-9 to claim winning prize(s).
Limit one qualifier/player per household, per contest.
Employees of Chesapeake Television Group, Sinclair Broadcast Group, FOX Broadcasting, CW Network, Feld Entertainment, Three Ring Advertising, Selland Arena at Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center, their subsidiaries and their families are not eligible to win.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize is non-transferable. Prize has no cash equivalent. Prize may not be exchanged.
KMPH/KFRE will be the sole and final judge of eligibility and winner verification.
Winner’s name, voice and likeness may be used for publicity, promotion and/or news purposes without further compensation.
By acceptance of prize, winner assumes full responsibility for all applicable income taxes, sales taxes, license and other fees that may apply.
Contestants are prohibited from winning if they have won a previous KMPH or KFRE contest within 30 days of winning this contest.
KMPH/KFRE reserves the right to change the dates and/or details of this contest at any point during the contest.
KMPH/KFRE reserves the right to alter the promotion by placing announcements on air.
