The KMPH FOX 26 and KFRE CW 59 "Advance Auto Parts Monster Jam” Online Giveaway will begin on Monday, April 15, 2013 and end on Sunday, May 5, 2013. Total days contest will be conducted: 21
Grand Prize: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a Monster Jam Prize Package that includes four (4) tickets to see Monster Jam live and one (1) merchandise bag filled with Monster Jam promotional items. Total value of prize package: $120.00
Runner up winners: Nine (9) runner-up winners will each receive a family four (4) pack of tickets to see Monster Jam live at the Fresno Fairgrounds. Total value of prize: $60.00
KMPH/KFRE and its sponsors accept no responsibility for any and all mishaps or accidents that may occur through the use of the Prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Those unable to enter ONLINE, may do so OFFLINE by simply printing their name, address and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it or drop it off in person to: The KMPH/KFRE Studios, "Monster Jam” Contest at 5111 E. McKinley Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. Entries received by mail or delivered in person will be added to the KMPH.com/KFRE.com entries.
On Monday, May 6th, one Grand Prize winner and nine (9) runner-up winners will be randomly selected from all entries received and notified by email or phone. The odds of winning the Prize depends on how many entries are received by the deadline.
To be eligible to play, all qualifiers must meet the following requirements:
Players must give their name, address, phone number, birthdate and Social Security Number.
Players must be at least 18 years of age.
Players must be able to show a valid California ID or Driver's License to claim prize.
Players must be United States citizens or legal residents.
Limit one qualifier/player per household, per contest.
Employees of TTBG Fresno OpCo, LLC, FOX Broadcasting, CW Network, Feld Motorsports, Fresno Fairgrounds, their subsidiaries and their families are not eligible to win.

Prize is non-transferable. Prize has no cash equivalent. Prize may not be exchanged.
KMPH/KFRE will be the sole and final judge of eligibility and winner verification.

By acceptance of prize, winner assumes full responsibility for all applicable income taxes, sales taxes, license and other fees that may apply.
To claim winning prize(s), players must fill out completely a Prize Acceptance and Waiver Release form and a W-9 form. Contestants are prohibited from winning if they have won a previous KMPH or KFRE contest within 30 days of winning this contest.
