RULES FOR THE KMPH FOX 26
Sesame Street Live– “Can’t Stop Singing” Contest
KMPH would like to give you a chance to enjoy Sesame Street Live “Can’t Stop Singing”. Jump online to www.kmph.com , click on the contest link and enter the “Can’t Stop Singing” contest tab. Four (4) lucky winners will be randomly drawn from all entries received. Each winner will receive four (4) ticket vouchers to see Sesame Street Live– “Can’t Stop Singing at the Save Mart Center on Tuesday June 18, 2013 or Wednesday June 19, 2013.
The KMPH FOX 26 Sesame Street Live “Can’t Stop Singing” contest will begin on Thursday, June 6, 2013 and end on Sunday, June 16, 2013.
Total days contest will be conducted: 11. Winners will be randomly selected from all entries received on Monday, June 17, 2013.
Prize Winners:
Four (4) Lucky winners will each receive four (4) ticket vouchers redeemable at the Save Mart box office to see any Sesame Street Live – “Can’t Stop Singing shows at the Save Mart Center June 18, 2013 or June 19, 2013. Valued at $80. 00.
KMPH FOX 26 and its sponsors accept no responsibility for any and all mishaps or accidents that may occur through the use of the Prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason which KMPH, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, KMPH/KFRE reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this promotion, in whole or in part, fair and appropriate by KMPH.
IN NO EVENT WILL KMPH, PARTICIPATING PROMOTIONAL COMPANIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
To play, visit www.kmph.com, click on The KMPH FOX 26 Sesame Street Live “Can’t Stop Singing” contest link from the Contests drop down menu and fill out the form completely. Those unable to enter ONLINE, may do so OFFLINE by simply printing their name, address and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it or drop it off in person to: The KMPH/KFRE studios, The KMPH FOX 26 Sesame Street Live “Can’t Stop Singing” contest at 5111 E. McKinley Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. Entries received by mail or delivered in person will be added to the KMPH.com entries. All entries must be received no later than Sunday, June 16, 2013 - midnight.
Four (4) lucky winners will be randomly selected from all entries received on Monday June 17, 2013. The winners will be notified by email and/or phone. The odds of winning the Prize depends on how many entries are received by the deadline.
To be eligible to play, all qualifiers must meet the following requirements:
Players must give their name, address, phone number and birthdate.
Players must be at least 18 years of age.
Players must be able to show a valid California ID or Driver’s License to claim prize.
Players must be United States citizens or legal residents.
Winners must fill out completely a Waiver and Release Form and W-9 to claim winning prize(s).
Limit one qualifier/player per household, per contest.
Employees of TTBG Fresno OpCo, LLC., FOX Broadcasting, CW Network, Save Mart Center, Sesame Street Live “Can’t Stop Singing” Vee Corporation., their subsidiaries and their families are not eligible to win.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize is non-transferable. Prize has no cash equivalent. Prize may not be exchanged.
KMPH will be the sole and final judge of eligibility and winner verification.
Winner’s name, voice and likeness may be used for publicity, promotion and/or news purposes without further compensation.
By acceptance of prize, winner assumes full responsibility for all applicable income taxes, sales taxes, license and other fees that may apply.
Contestants are prohibited from winning if they have won a previous KMPH or KFRE contest within 30 days of winning this contest.
KMPH reserves the right to change the dates and/or details of this contest at any point during the contest.
KMPH reserves the right to alter the promotion by placing announcements on air.
