RULES FOR THE KMPH FOX 26/KFRE CW 59
“RINGLING BROS. BARNUM & BAILEY” Clayton’s “Built to Amaze” Coloring CONTEST
Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey presents Built to Amaze and KMPH FOX 26 and KFRE CW 59 wants you to experience The Greatest Show on Earth July 4th through July 7th at Selland Arena at Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center. One Grand Prize Winner will receive a Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Prize Package that includes four (4) VIP tickets and two (2) Circus Gift Bags filled with promotional items and nine (9) runner up winners will each receive tickets to see the show! Don’t miss the Barnum Express and hop on board to win tickets. Log online at KMPH.com or KFRE.com and download your favorite picture, color it and send us a picture. You can upload your colorful creation online or mail it in or drop it off at our KMPH/KFRE Studios located at 5111 E McKinley Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. If you mail it in, please write “Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Contest.
The KMPH /KFRE “Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey” Contest will begin on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 and end on Sunday, June 30, 2013. Total days contest will be conducted: 19. One Grand Prize winner and nine (9) runner up winners will be randomly selected from all entries received on Monday, July 1, 2013.
Grand Prize Winners:
One (1) lucky Grand Prize winner will receive a Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Prize Package that includes four (4) VIP tickets and two (2) Circus Gift Bags filled with promotional items. Total value of tickets: $200 .
Nine (9) Runner up winners will each receive four (4) tickets to see the Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus “Built to Amaze” at Selland Arena at Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center. Total value of vouchers: $80.00.
KMPH/KFRE and its sponsors accept no responsibility for any and all mishaps or accidents that may occur through the use of the Prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason which KMPH/KFRE, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, KMPH/KFRE reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this promotion, in whole or in part, fair and appropriate by KMPH/KFRE.
IN NO EVENT WILL KMPH/KFRE, PARTICIPATING PROMOTIONAL COMPANIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Those unable to enter ONLINE, may do so OFFLINE by simply printing their name, address and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it or drop it off in person to: The KMPH/KFRE Studios, “Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey ” Contest at 5111 E. McKinley Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. Entries received by mail or delivered in person will be added to the KMPH.com entries.
One Grand Prize winner and nine (9) runners up winners will be randomly selected from all entries received on Monday, July 1, 2012. The winners will be notified by phone. The odds of winning the Prize depends on how many entries are received by the deadline.
To be eligible to play, all qualifiers must meet the following requirements:
Players must give their name, address, phone number and birthdate.
Players must be at least 18 years of age. Parent or legal guardian must submit the entry and accept all responsibility.
Players must be able to show a valid California ID or Driver’s License to claim prize.
Players must be United States citizens or legal residents.
Winners must fill out completely a Waiver and Release Form and W-9 to claim winning prize(s).
Limit one qualifier/player per household, per contest.
Employees of Employees of TTBG Fresno OpCo, LLC., FOX Broadcasting, CW Network, Feld Entertainment, Selland Arena at Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center, their subsidiaries and their families are not eligible to win.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize is non-transferable. Prize has no cash equivalent. Prize may not be exchanged.
KMPH/KFRE will be the sole and final judge of eligibility and winner verification.
Winner’s name, voice and likeness may be used for publicity, promotion and/or news purposes without further compensation.
By acceptance of prize, winner assumes full responsibility for all applicable income taxes, sales taxes, license and other fees that may apply.
Contestants are prohibited from winning if they have won a previous KMPH or KFRE contest within 30 days of winning this contest.
KMPH/KFRE reserves the right to change the dates and/or details of this contest at any point during the contest.
KMPH/KFRE reserves the right to alter the promotion by placing announcements on air.
