RULES FOR THE KMPH FOX 26 Universal Studios “Summer of Survival” Contest
Brace yourself for a Summer of Survival at Universal Studios Hollywood. Watch Two and a Half Men at 6 & 6:30 and The Big Bang Theory at 7 & 7:30 - weeknights on KMPH FOX 26 for your chance to win a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood that includes a 2 night hotel accommodations and two 1-day park passes with front of the line access. Watch Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory. When you see our “Enter online now” commercial, jump online to kmph.com, click on the contest link and enter our “Summer of Survival” contest”. One person per hour during both Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory will become that night’s qualifiers and instant winner of a pair of one day passes to Universal Studios. Random drawing from the nightly entries will determine that night’s qualifiers. At the end of the contest, a random drawing will be conducted from all of the nightly qualifiers. One qualifier will be randomly selected and become the grand prize winner of the Universal Studios Hollywood “Summer of Survival” Contest that includes a 2 night hotel accommodations and two 1-day park passes with front of the line access. The KMPH FOX 26 Universal Studios “Summer of Survival” Contest will begin on Monday, June 24. 2013 and end on Friday, July 5, 2013. Total days contest will be conducted: 10.
GRAND PRIZES: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize includes a trip for two (2) to Universal Studios Hollywood. Trip package includes; two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy); and two (2) General Admission tickets and front of the line tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood. Winner must travel within one (1) year of the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least four (4) weeks prior to departure. Trip is subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round-trip. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed no later than July 5, 2014. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, , meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, each travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, at least one (1) travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Approximate Retail Value: $1,500.00. Actual value may vary. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
Two (2) Front Of Line passes. Note: passes will be valid through December 31, 2013. Retail value of each pass is $129. Passes may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by winner. Winner must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
Qualifiers:
Twenty (20) qualifiers will each win two (2) 1-day General Admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood. Total ARV of Each Secondary Prize: $168.00
Valid until: 12/31/2013.
Note: passes will be valid through December 31, 2013. Retail value of each pass is $84.00. Passes may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by winner. Winner must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Restrictions: Blackout Dates: 6/22, 6/26, 7/3-7/7, 7/13-7/14, 7/20-7/21, 7/27-7/28, 8/3-8/4, 8/10-8/11, 8/31-9/2, 12/21-12/22, 12/25-12/31.
KMPH and its sponsors accept no responsibility for any and all mishaps or accidents that may occur through the use of the Prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason which KMPH, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, KMPH reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this promotion, in whole or in part, fair and appropriate by KMPH.

To be eligible to play, all qualifiers must meet the following requirements:
Players must give their name, address, phone number and birthdate.
Players must be at least 18 years of age.
Players must be able to show a valid California ID or Driver’s License to claim prize.
Players must be United States citizens or legal residents.
Winners must fill out completely a Waiver and Release Form and W-9 to claim winning prize(s).
Limit one qualifier/player per household, per contest.
Employees of Employees of Universal Studios, TTBG Fresno OpCo, LLC., FOX Broadcasting, CW Network, WB Studios, Universal Studios their subsidiaries and their families are not eligible to win.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize is non-transferable. Prize has no cash equivalent. Prize may not be exchanged.
KMPH/KFRE will be the sole and final judge of eligibility and winner verification.
Winner’s name, voice and likeness may be used for publicity, promotion and/or news purposes without further compensation.
By acceptance of prize, winner assumes full responsibility for all applicable income taxes, sales taxes, license and other fees that may apply.
Contestants are prohibited from winning if they have won a previous KMPH or KFRE contest within 30 days of winning this contest.
KMPH/KFRE reserves the right to change the dates and/or details of this contest at any point during the contest.
KMPH/KFRE reserves the right to alter the promotion by placing announcements on air.
